Bangkok is a city of artificial beauty. So you can just rome around and will found lots of beauty salon and cosmic surgery centers. But sometimes you will face language barriers over Bangkok city. English spoken beauty artist/trainers will charge more then locals because they mostly serve tourists in a high rate. I always go to my personal hair dresser for haircut and hair colors.
