Thanks for replies. I’m just looking at all options. I know Shawn card and wise are best but this is another option. I understand this card is like a debit card with benefit. Can use Thai atms but not Cambodia

I’d love to see a reasonable shift in this. Shame expats with so much to offer can’t and don’t play with it. Nobody wins. I’d love to chat up the new PM on the subject.
