Hi there,

I have a travel booked to Osaka, Japan this April. I was planning to process the 60 days tourist visa there, but I am reading here that if you are not resident in Japan, you won't be allowed to do so.

As far as I understand here in point 7 ([members only]/) I need a guarantor (I have a Japanese friend there if it's enough) but it doesn't say anything about the need of being a resident.

In the other hand, it looks like it might take several days...

Anyone who actually tried it, or knows someone, or is smarter than me understanding this kind of stuff?
