Another Non-OA 1 Year Retirement Visa question. I came across these upload requirements on the evisa site - not entirely sure what is required:
Proof of the permanent residence in the country where the application is submitted - is this my passport again?
Applicant must apply for e-Visa via specific Embassy/Consulate conforming with his/her consular jurisdiction and residency. Applicant is required to upload document that can verify his/her current residency. - is this my passport again?
Please upload your picture holding the photo and information page of the passport. - I assume this is just a mug shot of me holding my passport open?
Thanks!

Your passport is fine. That question is for people who aren't a national of the country they're applying in (since the Non-OA can only be obtained in your home country or country of legal residence). However the online application doesn't have the option to not answer it, so just put anything.
