What are the current requirements for obtaining a TR visa from the Thai embassy in Tokyo for non-Japanese residents?
Hi, has anyone received a TR visa in Tokyo recently.? I've read some old posts that say you need Japanese resident card. There was a link to the Thai embassy, Tokyo, but it has expired. The current website states only certain countries need the resident card, or it seems ambiguous.
