Hello group.
I used to be in None Immigrant Visa "O", since my son granted a None-immigrant Visa" B". My None Immigrant Visa" O" is expired in March 2020. Unable for extension due to COVID-19, boarders remain closed in my home country Malaysia and Thailand. I currently in amnesty, safe till 26th September. And I unable to have the extension of None "O" because my son got a new job and just granted a new visa for 3 months None " B"( based on business) .I have to wait for 3 months time, when my son's granted an one year None " B" , I just able to get None Immigrant Visa"O" from my son's None Immigrant Visa" B" ( One year) to be granted in November 2020.
An officer from local immigration suggested to get a Retirement Visa for myself before amnesty ended .My questions as below:
1)Can I apply for Retirement Visa in Thailand, without leaving country? I will be reached 50 year old end of this month.
2)Can the $800,000 Baht to be deposited to my Thai bank account by local bank transfer? ( or funds must came from overseas?)
Many thanks .
