Hi everyone I can't find the answer in any previous posts.

My question is what documents do I need from my landlord to be able to self register for the TM30?

I am in Chiang Mai.

My landlord is an old lady and has never rented to foreigners before.

Looking for latest advice on address registration at Phuket Immigration. What documents are they requiring to be provided???

My circumstances are:-

I will be returning from a trip to Vientiane and Udon Thani and going back to the same address.

My landlords documents are all held from when I took out my lease, so they are over a year old now. Will that cause problems???
