I'm staying with a British national who rents an apartment here in Bangkok, until I can find a flight home. The landlord is OK with it. I've heard I need to show immigration a permission form from him. I'm extending my tourist visa tomorrow or Wednesday.

Does anybody know what kind of form I will need or will a printed email from him saying it's OK be fine.?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A British national residing with another British national in Bangkok is seeking guidance on the necessary documentation required to extend their tourist visa, specifically whether a landlord permission form is needed or if a simple printed email confirmation would suffice.
