I went to immigration to do the 90 day report (due on 13August). They told me there's a fine for late notification of my residence (the owner did not do it), so they did not process the 90 day report.
Besides the original lease, what documents do I need to submit?
The manager of the apartment said she has reported me, and gave me this form, and attached a table for 'the names of aliens at residence', and a printout of the website (the cells on top of the webpage are blank). She said she did not pay the fine.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user visited immigration for their 90 day report but encountered issues due to a late residence notification, allegedly caused by the apartment manager. They inquire about additional documents needed to process their report, while comments discuss issues with the reporting website and procedures for filing a TM30.

Tried everything, but website doesnโt save the info, always an error message. But I managed to do via mobile app Section 38. Maybe that was the land ladies problem too
I messaged you about this, it appears that the lady who entered your information did not SAVE the data on the screens you show.
there is a floppy disc icon on the top right and after she entered your data, and then after she moved it to the table like you show she needed to SAVE it in the system.
Then she would exit OUT of the system, go back in search by 'check in date' <-the date she registered you and access the data, which would show a screen like this
