We are leaving the United States for Thailand today with a single entry tourist visa. We will extend for the extra 30 days to get us a total of 90. We want to leave Thailand for around a month, before returning to Thailand for another 90 days.

We have no intrest in staying longer than this as we need to get to Europe for an event, and we will not return until at least 2024. We spent half the year in Thailand last year including one covid visa extension.

1. Should we apply for an evisa online in the Philippines, Vietnam, or Malaysia, or is it better to get it at an Embassy?

2. Is there a better embassy for getting a visa?

3. How much time should we stay out of Thailand in-between visits?
