Hello people šŸŒø

I have a question concerning my visa situation.

Iā€™ve got the ā€œunder considerationā€ C-19 visa but never managed to get restamped (immigration office closed and said there is no need to do that)

What does that mean and am I still eligible for the amnesty until the end of July?

Thank you so much for the help šŸ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user asks about their eligibility for visa amnesty with an 'under consideration' C-19 visa, specifically mentioning difficulties in getting a restamp due to immigration office closures. Comments suggest that visiting the Immigration Office to close the under consideration stamp is necessary to qualify for amnesty.

You seem to have a way to avoid visiting immigration when asked/required.

You were told to report back April 2. Its now April 26 and still have not reported back.

Get the open under consideration stamp closed. Then you are eligible for amnesty to July 31.

Good luck.

Commenting closed.

Nope, you need to visit the Immigration Office to close this under consideration stamp.

Surat Thani or Samui Immigration Offices never closed and are still open during their normal opening hours.
