Hello there!

My current visa is an Education Visa, which expires June 15th; but my university will terminate the visa on my graduation on May 20th.

As an Indian citizen with an education visa, would I be eligible to apply for the COVID visa? 

Would I need to apply for the COVID visa prior to the termination of my education visa, or can I apply for the COVID visa after my education visa has been terminated by my university?

What you'd do is, on May 20th, is take a letter from your school saying you're no longer studying to immigration. Immigration will cancel your existing extension of stay, and they will give you a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19
