Hi Everyone. Im on a non b visa before and got laid off my job. I went to immigration yesterday and been told that i cant get a non O visa under my Thai son. They said that i will need to go out of the country as im in non B visa before. Any suggestion what i can do? My Thai boyfriend did ask the immigration and informed that i can get a 60 days extension first. I have letter from Philippines embassy. Thank you 🙏

Good afternoon everyone, I have an 8 month old daughter and her visa expires one month before my, when I was to renew her. The immigration official said that I could wait with her visa expired for a month until mine was renewed. So i went to renew and everything went fine, but they did not renew with our date mathup, causing next year to go through this again, does anyone know if it is illegal for my daughter to spend this month with the visa expired? And what could I be doing?
