Good afternoon everyone, I have an 8 month old daughter and her visa expires one month before my, when I was to renew her. The immigration official said that I could wait with her visa expired for a month until mine was renewed. So i went to renew and everything went fine, but they did not renew with our date mathup, causing next year to go through this again, does anyone know if it is illegal for my daughter to spend this month with the visa expired? And what could I be doing?

I did not have any problem to renew her viza two weeks ago after she overstay for one months! Do you guys know if this is illegal?

if you're getting extensions a year at a time the dates will never match up :O They'll always expire on the same date and no matter if you wait and let your daughter be on overstay and get her extension when you do yours the dates will still be mis-matched.

I think you did not renew your visa but applied for a new Extension of Stay at Immigration Office. Officially seen your daughter was one month on overstay, but children are not fined for that.
