DTV application: here's a question I haven't seen answered and might be pertinent to some.

As a digital nomad traveling constantly from country to country every few months, I cannot really comply with the "proof of location" as you'd normally do, with a renting contract, utility bill, etc. I do have a bank statement from my home country that can show my registered home address (Portugal), but I wouldn't be applying from Portugal, it would be an online application while staying somewhere outside of Thailand. Is it safe to apply with this document? I want to make sure of that because wasting $250 or so on a rejected application would be a shame.
