it’s not really visa related but wondering if anyone has experience getting a thai drivers license. specifically motorbike.

i know the correct channel to do so however all appointments at the department of transport are taken until december. i’ve heard of schools with which you can sit the test so an appointment with the transport department isn’t necessary.

does anyone have recommendations in bangkok? i’m time orientated as i only have 2 weeks to do it for various reasons. cheers!

I would like to hear from anyone who has managed to change ownership of a car without the residence certificate. The owner’s work visa has expired and they are not currently in Thailand. If the owner comes back on a tourist visa, getting a residence certificate (which I believe is only possible after a 90 day stay) is not a viable solution. Any advice appreciated.

**No need to comment if you reckon not possible.

I live in Nonthaburi and their immigration told me they dont give residency certificates anymore. They told me DLT would accept my TM30, but DLT said no. Do you think I could get a residency certificate from Bangkok immigration if I have a work permit and work in Bangkok. Thank you
