I lost my Thai Driving license recently. Anyone know the documents needed to re-issue it again (not make a new one)?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To re-issue a lost Thai driving license, visit the Department of Land Transport (DLT) with your passport and ID. You'll need photocopies of your passport and visa page, which can be done at a photocopy shop located on the same floor as the DLT. There is no requirement for a police report in most regions, although Pattaya may ask for one. Expect a nominal fee of around 100 Baht and be aware that the exact process can vary by location.

I lost mine a few months ago.
1: Go to the DLT with passport/ID.
2: Tell the info desk. (You will be directed to the correct booth).
3: Give passport to the booth (oh and you will need to get photocopies of your passport and (I think) your visa page. can't recall exactly, sorry - but easy to do at the DLT. Photocopy place is on same floor). Hand in passport and photocopies, then wait.
4: get called to confirm documents and pay (nominal amount. Like 100 Baht or so)
5: wait in queue for new photo
6: get photo and then license will be handed to you within minutes.
- Best to go early imo.
(No police report or other documents required)
FYI. - this is the system in Chiang Mai btw. I can't speak for other areas but can only assume the same process.
