Second page.

6 Certificated booking of hotel for length of stay and

7 COE using Passport etc but no visa.

You get the Visa at Phuket Airport for 45 days.

This information is from the Thai Embassy so it is correct as of this date.

Thanking all for their help. Cheers

Answer summary

Travelers can enter Thailand through Phuket Airport and receive a 45-day entry stamp without a visa; this is known as visa exemption. However, it is advisable to verify details with the Thai Embassy, as some online resources may be outdated.

Do not trust the information that's posted on a Thai Embassy website. Some websites can be extremely out of date.

I have no idea what "both pages" are 🙁 But, if you talked to them in person, then it should be correct.
