Just landed in Phuket a few minutes ago. Everything went well. One piece of advice: do print your PCR test results, you can show all the other stuff on your phone but they need a paper version of the PCR for their record. I must have lost 20min in a line to get it printed but otherwise it's pretty smooth!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A recent traveler to Phuket shared that it's crucial to print your PCR test results as Thai authorities require a paper version for records, despite allowing other documents on your phone. This advice sparked a discussion with other travelers, highlighting the importance of having physical copies of all travel documents, including insurance. Someone also noted that Samui requires paper copies of insurance documents, indicating that other destinations may have similar rules.

SURELY you'd have paper copies of EVERYTHING ? Come on, liven up. Everything you've gone through to get to this point. I'd seriously have 5 copies of everything. Copies of stuff I'll never need...

I Landed in Phuket and did my 7 days sandbox it is good advice to just print all the requested documents several people must of looked at them during my travel. So it's just better and quicker than messing around finding stuff on your phone

Welcome to Phuket. I just got my second PCR Test results a few minutes ago. I'm free to go!

And yes, do make printed copies of everything BEFORE going to the airport!! Thai authorities love paper! I had to get my COVID Test results printed at Frankfurt airport and those bastards took five euros per page!!! It was four pages!!!

what, no food in the hotel? Which crappy place did you book? But it will only take a few hrs till they mail you the result. Second test took them longer, about 14 hrs

I'm way in the boonies and arrived to my hotel around 8am. I'm just staying there because it's super close to my muay thai gym, but moving back to the city proper after 7 days.
