Curious to know if anyone who applied for a NON O retirement was told when they applied for it at changwattna that they will have an immigration officer visit? Seems if you’re under 60 they find it suspicious to retire despite law saying you can apply after 50 years if you meet all the requirements.

Thanks to all the good advice I’ve got here especially from Tod I applied for my second one year extension based on marriage yesterday in Prachinburi

Everything went a lot smoother this year because I knew what to expect

We got the same IO as last year and she was impressed that I had my shit together this year

It took about an hour and a half for them to go through the paperwork and give me the 30 day “under consideration” stamp with a return date of November 15

I asked if I only needed to bring my passport and they said yes (I had heard that sometimes they want an updated bank book)

My wife got a call today and immigration said they were going to be at our house at 2:00 pm and they wanted two neighbors(last year only one)

IO got here question them and had them sign papers and took photos
