Can you apply for a 60 day tourist e-visa from Vietnam?

I have completed my 60 day tourist e visa and as I have gone to proceed to payment I'm getting this and it won't let me do it

It’s often asked how long a 60 day Tourist E- visa takes.

Mine at London took 2 working days and no problems submitting it myself.

im trying to apply for a 60 days tourist Evisa on the gov site as french citizen

but they request crazy docs as "alternative covid hotel" ... 10 like this

and I havent even yet booked my flights neither the hotel on arrival (i can provide fly nb and hotel adress but not the proof of booking)

i want to know if all these docs are really required ?

which one are the minimum to submit ?

So the 60 day tourist e-visa requires you to buy a plane ticket first. If we'll undecided on our departure date, can we buy a refundable plane ticket, refund it and buy our ticket when we'll ready?
