Will I have any problem asking for a tourist visa in Hanoi if I had one already this year?

I've been in Thailand already with one , then bounce  in Hanoi(fly) as well with visa on arrival and now I would like to apply to Tourist Visa...

Actually I've been travelling visiting Muay Thai gyms so not fake tourist visa so I'm chill for that but anyways I was wondering if it could face some problems. 

And just like that coming back home after that 3 more months.

You could avoid all problems by applying from your country of residence as you are supposed to, instead of jumping through loopholes, by going to neighboring countries.

That way there will be no problems at all.
