For a TR visa, they require three months of bank statements; if I download them, I end up with 45 pages. I’ve already compiled them into a single PDF file. Is there another way to submit the statements? 45 pages seems like an awful lot. I know they don't accept screenshots.
Answer summary
When applying for a TR visa in Thailand, you need to submit three months of bank statements. However, instead of providing all 45 pages of detailed statements, you can simplify the process by submitting just the summary pages showing your ending balances. Many users suggest combining the first page of each month's statement, which contains your name, address, and balance, into a single PDF file. Alternatively, you can use bank statements from a savings account, which typically have fewer pages. Some have successfully provided only the ending balance section, while others recommend getting a letter from your bank verifying your balances over the three months. Overall, the emphasis is on providing clear evidence of sufficient funds without overwhelming the visa officials with unnecessary details.

they probably won't take that. every time I send my combined bank statement they rejected it. Go to you bank and tell them you need a letter on bank letter head that states your balance for each of the three months.

You don’t need 3 months of bank statements. Just the first page of each statement with the balance

I always just take the 3 ending balances for each month and combine them into a single document and never any issues

Before you print it to pdf, filter your saving to only show "balance" by the end of the month, ignore the withdrawals/transfer/saving/interest/etc. Thai embassy only asks to show your ending balance of at least 20k baht for the past 3 months. Not your entire account activity unless you are applying for US visa. 3 months of general ending balance statement should be enough in 3-4 pages but your name, address, and account number should be visible and match your name on passport.

45 pages, nobody in embassy will have time to go through that.

Anita Ridderbusch On a bank statement it will have a summary showing balance for the Month, you can use that summary from each month and add them to a single pdf file. They do not require the full lists of transactions for each month, or they didn't request further. So there's no need to add the whole monthly statement.

Anita Ridderbusch In my Dutch bank app, I can search on my company name where my pension comes from and then select the 3 dates (months) I want. This output I can save. Maybe look in your local bank app, for this option 🤷‍♂️

Tevita Tuki But then a few subsequent numbers are missing. And I don't know if they’ll accept that. When I try to upload my current PDF with my visa application, I can't see all the pages.

What I did is I used 3 months bank statements from my savings account, instead of my debit account.

Your savings account has less transactions and so you’ll have way less pages.

Put them into a single pdf and compress if required to get under 3mb
