TLDR : Answer Summary
You will be granted another year on your multiple entry Non OA visa when you return to Thailand in September, provided you have valid insurance for the year upon entry. After your visa expires in November, if you leave Thailand, you will need to purchase a re-entry permit to keep your visa valid.

Yes you will, as long as you have insurance for the year on entry. After November you would need to buy a re entry permit if you leave to keep that stamp alive.

If I have a NonO visa (married with thai) is it the same with the insurance? Do I get the reentry stamp so long the insurance run?

@Chris *********
with a non o based on marriage there is no requirement for insurance ( if you’re in Thailand and not needing the CofE)

If you need to leave you will need a re entry permit like everyone else to keep your current stamp alive.
