Is my multiple entry re-entry visa valid if I renew my Non-B visa in July?

Before your current extension expires you go to the immigration office and apply for a brand new year's extension using the same documentation you did for this years. AFTER you get that extension inked into your passport you would buy another re-entry permit IF you are going to travel out of thailand during the next year.

If you get the year extension and leave the country without a re-entry permit you will cancel your extension and have to start all over again from square one

if you have a multiple entry visa you do not need a re-entry permit. It looks like you mix some different things here. Do you have a Visa Sticker in your passport and make every 90 days a border run to get a new 90 day Admitted to Stay period or do you have an Extension of Stay based on working and report every 90 days at Immigration?

Be that as it may, you said you have a year-long, multi-entry Non-B visa that you got at a thai consulate in another country where you border bounce every 90 days. Is that correct?

Okay, first off you can NEVER EVER renew either a visa or an extension of stay. :/
