TLDR : Answer Summary
You can leave Thailand and return with your Non-Immigrant O Visa to receive a new 90-day stamp, as it is a multiple entry visa. Just ensure your return is within the validity of the visa.

It is a multiple entry visa, that means you are free to leave and come back into Thailand and get 90 days on each entry as long as you enter Thailand just before or on the Valid Until date mentioned on the visa.
