Came to bkk at the end of March left 1 day before my entry expired. Went for visa run and given another 60days. This was my first run. My stamp doesn’t expire for another 30days. I leave next week for 1 week and then plan to come back. I do not live here nor plan too. Only spending the summer. Will I have any issues upon my return? Or will I be ok this time?

If you are going overland just pay one of the border run people. Normally only about 600 baht more than the std amount and they will get you through.
