TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is concerned about their flight scheduled for 1:30 AM on the 11th, which falls after their visa extension expires on the 10th. The discussion suggests that if they manage to check in and pass through immigration before midnight on the 10th, they may avoid any overstay penalties. However, if they exit after this time, they could face a penalty, although for a short overstay (like one day), the fine might be waived, but it could result in a remark in their passport that could complicate future visa applications.

Airline check in counters usually open three hours before flight time. Get to airport early ...10:30pm for your 1:30am flight.
Get through immigration before midnight. No overstay problem.

As a general rule, IF you are on only a single day overstay (like you might be) they waive the 500 baht overstay fine and stamp your passport with "overstay under 24 hours fine waived" next to your triangular departure stamp.

the stamp you get looks like this

So if I don't make it on time will I just pay for overstay or something will be stamped on my passport

What James says. Just go in good time. Any overstay on your record is a bad idea for many reasons.

Weah Ibrahim NEVER PLAN TO OVERSTAY !
Probably No 500 Thai baht fine (most likely WAIVED) but OVERSTAY stamped in passport. Which could pose future problems if you seek new visas in Thailand or elsewhere.

Get through immigration before midnight.

That depends when you stamp out. You will technically be on overstay if you stamp out AFTER 11:59PM in the 10th.
