Hey !

I'm Belgian. I've been in thailand for a month in april ( no visa)

i intend to go back early september for a month a make a "no visa extension" for another month.

Will it be all good as I came already one month this year in Thailand?

I guess I will still have to prove that I have one "out" ticket at the end of the first month. Is it ok to have just something like a bus ticket to Laos? ( Cheaper than plane i guess)

Thank you :D

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a Belgian national, plans to return to Thailand in September for a month without a visa and seeks to extend their stay by applying for a visa extension. Comments indicate that the user can enter under the Visa Exempt Entry for another 30 days and can apply for a further extension, totaling potentially 60 days. There are suggestions that the user should have proof of onward travel, such as a bus ticket to Laos, and may need to demonstrate financial stability and accommodations upon entering Thailand.

If you're on a computer, right below the picture of the visa, there's a box. On the left side of the box is your profile picture, and next to it is the text that says "write something". Click on it, and type. When you are done, press the enter key, and your post will appear. If you're on a phone/ tablet, I'm not sure.

If you have further questions, it might be helpful for you to make your own post. It's also past midnight here, and I don't think a lot of people are awake to answer your questions.

Assuming you are flying in, yes, you can. If you are entering by land, you can only enter by land twice a year.

You should be fine. But you should have a ticket leaving Thailand by end of 60 days...as you can extend the visa exempt arrival of 30 days. And...as you have not stated your prior history...be prepared if asked by Thai Immigration to show 20,000 Thai baht or its equal in CASH, plus address of your initial booking in Thailand and the ticket leaving Thailand by end of 60 days.

If you come back into Thailand in September without a visa you could get the 30 day Visa Exempt Entry, you even can apply at an Immigration office for a 30 day Extension of Stay on top of this, so a total of 60 days of stay. You could be asked by Thai Immigration for onward travel but most likely this will be asked by your airline company, check with them.
