Will a single entry Thai visa be granted with a return flight longer than three months?

Hello. I am planning to apply for a single entry visa online from the UK. I am planning to have a return flight from september to January 2020. I am planning to fly to vietnam after the first 60 days or may extend for 90 days before flying. Will they allow me the single entry visa with my return flight being longer than three months?
