I am from the US want to apply for a dtv visa been Thailand 3 other times for 90 days but my first time in Phuket got my 60 +30 ext I realized was 2 days short my booked flight home was non refundable so I talked to the 2,British guys who helped the tourists at immigration they told just pay 1000 baht at airport no big deal. Now I find out I might not be eligible. Will this really disqualify me? Please help should I hire a company to file for me? Goal is to stay 6 months every year for Muay Thai.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A 2-day overstay may not disqualify you from applying for a DTV visa, according to some community members. However, others caution that an overstay could potentially lead to being blacklisted. It's suggested to consider getting professional help for your visa application.

As mentioned before, forums like these are useless if you want real answers. They (ccksckr & admin) deleted all my posts to you because they didn't like what I said. Only they are right. Other people's input are all wrong and unacceptable. Hahaha...good luck mate!

this is nonsense . . . he paid the fine for two days overstay and was allowed to leave Thailand. It will not have any repercussions. . . . . You can only get deported and blacklisted if you are caught inside Thailand instead of being already on your way out at the airport. You seem to misinterprete the overstay rules, so here they are for you, to read and understand. His two days overstay fell under "surrendering" when he reported it at the airport, that's why there are no repercussions
