Guys, I've used the Chrome based 90 reporting website on 3 previous occasions where it worked like a charm. The last due date the site was down as we all know. When I tried this time on Tuesday last I got the "Contact Immigration" message. Ok so I thought my last reporting done successfully by mail was blocking my web application this time due perhaps to the last report not having been entered into the system and thus thinking I hadn't made my report. Anyway, so I tried again today and guess what, it worked again like a charm, remembered all my details and filled them in for me. On the Check Status page it listed out my previous 3 approved applications so the system is up to date. The only questions is why didn't it work on Tuesday? To anyone having a similar problem keep trying it may eventually work for you.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully used the Chrome-based 90-day reporting website for their Thailand visa on previous occasions but encountered a "Contact Immigration" error on one attempt. After some concern regarding potential issues with a previous report submitted by mail, the user found that the website worked again on a later try, confirming the system was up to date with their previous applications. The issue experienced on Tuesday remains unclear, but they advise others to keep trying if they face similar problems.
