TLDR : Answer Summary
The user confirmed that despite having a new visa obtained on August 17th, they had to submit their 90-day report before the deadline. They visited immigration and learned they were still required to report due to the unexpired extension of stay, despite being on amnesty previously. They also mentioned future plans to transfer their visa to a new passport.

As a reminder for everyone:

1. IF you have an unexpired extension of stay ("the stamp"), a 90 day report must be done every 90 days. The time frame to submit that report is between 15 days before the due date until 7 days after the due date.

2. If you do not have an extension of stay, and instead amnesty, you do not file a 90 day report.

3. The 90 day report amnesty is over. Submit these reports as normal.

Dammit, I thought it was Sept 26th... Seems I missed something and am now late. :(

@Caitlin ****
IF you decided to take the "no need to do a 90 day report between March 26 and July 31st" amnesty when they extended it until Sept 26th they put out that anyone who had taken no report amnesty needed to do it from Aug 1 to Aug 31 :(
