Why can't I preview my bank statements while completing a Non O application in Thailand?
I'm completing a Non O application. When I go to the supporting documents I can preview passport data page and photo but I can't preview bank statements and other documents. Is this just how it is or have I done something wrong? Thanks

I had same issue , i can see in my laptop if i login ans cant on phone sometime the system doesnt support .

Your passport data pages are. Jpgs and your statements are .Pdf..the app may not support viewing a. pdf

Paul De Graaf you have to open IT with an apps on your phone. I did send a PDF Also and to view IT you have to open IT with with Google Drive or other apps

Serge Laplante I've always done it on a computer. Never had to view document, but my guess is the phone can't view pdf, but a computer should.
