Is It Possible to Obtain a Visa and Certificate of Entry from the UK for Thailand?

Is it currently possible to get a visa and Certificate of Entry whilst in the UK? I completed my application on the London Embassy online system weeks ago but am unable to book an appointment as all the slots show "on holiday", and they are not responding to emails. Any tips?

Every date shows this, or it's so far in the future it shows "invalid" or something like that
