Why was additional documentation requested for my Thai visa application despite my prior submissions?

Got this email today .... confused as I had already attached the booking info and declaration ? Anyone else had them ask for info that has already been provided ?

Anyway, I have emailed back as requested with photos of my ticket & receipt and the declaration form ( again )

Hopefully it won't delay return of visa 🤞🤞🤞
