What should I do if my visa application status changes to 'request document'?

Morning All.

My status on my visa application as changed from saying paid to saying request document. As this happened to anyone ? And if so and they require more documentation, how do you find out what is required. I have emailed the embassy to ask the question, just wondered if this happened to anyone so i can get it sorted. The proof of funds statement was blurred, they couldn't read it. Make sure you check your bulk or spam emails. They emailed me yesterday about this problem but it went to my bulk mail, some where that i never look but i will in the future.

I have had an email from them, it went to bulk mail so i didn't see it until now. The message is blank, it asks you to download the message and pictures but nothing happens.

If you're American, go to the Thai embassy in DC's website. For some reason that's the only US thai embassy that works.

Go to your local embassies website. Some countries are using different websites. The embassy in your country will have a link to where you need to submit your application to.
