Hey guys, I am non resident residing in Australia with valid visa. Recently I have applied for Thailand e-visa and I have also shown my VEVO check. I was asked again for my VEVO document. Hence, I am a bit confused. Any advice, is this normal.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user applied for a Thailand e-visa and was asked multiple times for their VEVO document. Other users advised that it's not uncommon to be asked for documents again, mentioning that issues may arise from how documents are uploaded in the e-visa system. One user shared a similar experience but successfully resolved it by resending the document and receiving their visa the next day. Another user noted that some passports require embassy applications rather than online submissions. However, the original poster later confirmed that all inquiries with the embassy were resolved.
Hey guys, I just spoke with embassy. All good no worries.

Some passports require applying for a visa at the embassy. If this applies to you, you won't have any luck online.

Same happened to me last week with my non-imm O application. I just re-sent the document, received the approved visa following day.

Then send it again. It's not uncommon to be asked for something you've already sent. Also every section of the e-visa system only allows a single upload. So if you tried to upload 2 things into a single section, you replaced the first thing you uploaded with the 2nd thing you uploaded.
