Hi,

Someone else has experiences with a second request for extra documents. I was already requested for extra documents which I uploaded last Saturday. Asking for all passport pages even empty one, resume/cv, showing my work.

But now I received the following message about even more documents. I applied through the Vietnamese embassy in Ho Chi Minh, as I'm currently in Danang.

* Other request documents: Provide company registration in original language and official ENGLISH translation. (An official translation is a translation that has been translated by a translation company with confirmation that the translation is true to the original.)

* Other request documents: Please provide evidence of all previous employment listed in your CV, including employment contracts from former companies, photos taken at previous workplaces, and any other relevant documentation.

Seems like quiet a lot to me to even have photos of previous workplaces. Also any hints on legal translations are welcome?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing a situation where the Vietnamese embassy in Ho Chi Minh City has requested additional documents for a Thai visa application. Initially, they submitted extra documents as requested but have now been asked for further information, including the original company registration and English translation as well as proof of previous employment. The discussion includes tips on what documents suffice for the company registration and suggestions for providing evidence of past employment.

Provide the pictures you can and explain in a cover letter why you can't provide some of them. I've thought about it, and I could not provide pictures for all of my previous jobs. I could for some of them though. You sure still have previous employment contracts, pay slips, etc., don't you?

The biz registration is not really an issue. If yours is not in English, just go to a translation office. At least they did not ask you to double-legalize it (ministry of foreign affairs + Thai embassy) in the country where the biz is registered.

A screenshot or link to the company registration on a state or federal business registry in English will suffice. And it appears they want to see that you have a history, portfolio, or experience in the field of work you state you do according to your CV.
