Why did the embassy reject my daughter's birth certificate with a void watermark?
I have a very frustrating problem. My daughter’s birth certificate has a void watermark on security paper. Yet it’s the real birth certificate and the embassy pushed it back!!! It was good enough to get my daughter a passport. Maddening!!!!
