TLDR : Answer Summary
Users suggest that the earliest one can apply for the Thai Pass is 60 days prior to travel, but recommend waiting until closer to the departure date due to potential changes in regulations. Opinions vary on the ideal application timeframe, with suggestions ranging from 2 weeks to 4 weeks before the travel date.

2 weeks will be sufficient but wait and see there’s big changes coming
Just take 4 weeks so you will be sure. But June is far away, we think they well cancell the TP by then.

60 days but who knows it maybe no more in June. Next announcement is beginning of April and losing one of there biggest markets the Russians they will be trying there hardest to get more tourists

Not sure if there's a limit, they may prioritise people that are leaving earlier. It maybe worth waiting until 3 weeks before you go incase test and go gets cancelled, then you won't have the hassle of getting a refund from the hotel.
