Answer summary

The user is experiencing difficulties while applying for a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) through the eVisa app on their Samsung S22, particularly with the section for uploading their passport page. Comments suggest that the METV should be applied for from the country of permanent residence and that the upload process may vary depending on the device used. It is recommended to use the official eVisa website and that specific details about the upload sections need to be carefully followed.

It’s difficult to comment without further details. I completed a visa application myself a few days ago. First, you upload the ID page of your passport. Then you upload a passport photo (a selfie against a plain white background).

You cannot apply for the METV outside of your own country, only a country where you have permanent residence. If you are trying to upload passport pages to prove your location it is the section where you upload location documentation
