Do I need a new TM30 for a visa change and what are the requirements for a SETV extension in Thailand?

Hello. I have a few questions:

1) My landlord did a TM30 for us when we arrived. I will be stamped for my Non-B on May 17th. It has already been approved by Chaeng Wattana, however they don't stamp same day anymore apparently. Does a new TM30 need to be completed for me at any point after my visa changes?

2) My husband will be doing an extension on his SETV while we wait for my work permit, so we can switch his visa. Does a new TM30 need to be done for him?

3) When we do the extension for my husband, does it need to be done with a certain amount of days left on the tourist visa or can it be done up until the last day? Does he need to take proof of funds or onward travel with him to Chaeng Wattana for an extension?

Thank you! ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether a new TM30 needs to be filed after a visa change, specifically regarding a Non-B visa and an extension for a SETV. They also seek clarification on the timing for the extension application relative to the current tourist visa expiration and the required documents for this process.
