Which do you recommend? The Thai Embassy in Hanoi or the Thai Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City? or another country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on where to apply for a DTV visa through a Soft Power seminar, indicating a choice between the Thai Embassy in Hanoi or the Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City. Comments suggest that there's little difference in acceptance rates between the two locations, with one user recommending against the Ho Chi Minh Consulate. It's noted that embassies generally prefer physical seminars over online ones, and popular alternative countries for DTV visa applications include Indonesia, the Philippines, and Laos.
From our experience under Thai Soft Power category, the embassies seldom accept cultural activities except for Thai Boxing classes or Cooking Classes.
Additionally, the seminar or activity should not be online. It should be physical classes. Regarding the different embassies, there are not much differences between embassies in Vietnam. Other popular countries people choose to apply the DTV visa from are Indonesia, Philippines and Laos.
