the Thai Embassy and Thai Consulates in America all ask for proof of current location (e.g. Driver License, State ID Card, utility bills, housing lease agreement, hotel booking, etc.), so a better query would be to ask about a specific Thai Embassy/Consulate and which DTV pathway (Workcation/Remote Worker/Digital Nomad or Thai Soft Power)....

you don't get to pick and choose which one of those 4 you use
