TLDR : Answer Summary
For renewing your retirement visa in Thailand, you need to have the required 800k baht balance in your bank account seasoned for a period of two months before applying. Since you plan to renew your visa on June 19, 2026, you should ensure that the funds are in your account well before that date, not three months prior. Additionally, some immigration offices may allow applications 45 days before the extension date, while others may allow only 30 days.
