TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about the timing and necessary documents for applying for a one-year visa extension in Thailand. It's suggested that they can go on April 27th to submit their application, and only a passport is required. Additionally, if they wish to apply for a re-entry permit, they would need a copy of the passport, one passport photo, and the applicable fee.
