TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a visa for a minor in Thailand, they must have their own passport and visa. It's necessary to go to the immigration office together, as the minor needs to be present, even if they are very young. Additionally, children under 15 years of age are not penalized for overstaying, and those under 18 won't be blacklisted.

They need to go to the immigration office with you when you apply for their extension, (even if they're little babies).

Minors must have their own passport and their own visa and Extension of Stay. Next to this children till 15 year of age will not get find for overstay and till 18 years not get black listed for overstay. They will get the overstay stamp in their passport.
