Hey I joined recently and think you guys are doing terrific service through this group.
I have a question. In early July I expect to change address (still in Bangkok). Will be renting condo in the city. I am aware that landlord will need to file a TM 30 form and will do quite quickly I expect. The condo management are well organised.
I have Non Imm O Visa Retirement due for extension end of September (current one expires 14 Nov 2020)
I’m not sure about when I need to advise Immigration myself with TM28 form. And do I need to go into the Immigration office at CW?
My 90 days report won’t be due until a couple of months later so maybe difficult to combine with that due to timing.
Ta in advance.
Richard.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the process of notifying Immigration after changing their address in Bangkok while holding a Non Imm O Visa (Retirement). They mention the TM30 form will be filed by the landlord, but seek clarification on the necessity and timing of submitting the TM28 form to Immigration.
