I am on my 2nd extension of stay for my "O" visa We have rented the same condo in Chuttachuk, for two years' but looking to move in the new year. My next 90 day online report will be done from where we currently live. When I sign up for the new condo lease I will get the owner to provide me a receipt for their TM30 registration of me having moved in. Ny next 12 month extension application is due in March, about six weeks after I plan to move....Question is; Do I need to report personally at CW to do a formal address change. (TM28) or does my getting the TM30 receipt negate the TM28.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is on a second extension of their 'O' visa and is inquiring about the necessity of filing a TM28 for an address change after moving to a new condo, given that they will receive a TM30 receipt from the landlord.

Am I correct that all retirement type extensions for expats in BKK, are done at CW only?

correct, you use Chaengwattana. That's the ONLY office in bangkok to use for retirement, marriage, raising kids, ED, etc

CW doesn't require TM28 if you're reported by TM 30 correctly.
